Calling All Trauma Informed Warriors—The Witching Hour is Your Saving Grace

The Witching Hour is your catharsis.

What does it mean to be a warrior? Warriors are defined by battle. Fighting the stigma of treating trauma is a war all in its own. Do you struggle with overcoming the impossibility of intrusive thought? Try these next steps and overcome the nature of discourse by releasing the beast within.

Step one: Find Your Mode of Catharsis. 

Start by picking out a favorite death metal or screaming form of music. When the 11th Hour of crippling panic rears its ugly head, screaming along to death metal, drumming through headphones, or walking on the treadmill while listening to spotify helped overcome the impossibility of intrusive thoughts.
