University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Royal Purple advertising team builds half-page ad to honor Lieutenant Volk’s 70th year still missing

Outpost 422 enlists Royal Purple Advertising Manager Logan Komprood to create half-page ad honoring Lieutenant Jerome A. Volk for POW MIA Recognition Day 2021.

UW Whitewater Communication majors come together to honor Lieutenant Jerome A. Volk for POW MIA Recognition Day on September 17, 2021.

Komprood and his team developed concepts centered around building a multimedia convergent campaign.

COVID-19 created a newsgathering method to relay newsworthy information between viewers and reporters.

The pandemic required journalists to rely on social media to write stories, which developed the concept for the campaign.

Komprood and his team built the interactive ad to enlist viewers as supporters.

The campaign incorporates the participation of citizen journalists, social media subscribers, email newsletters and a team of developers who works to bring home Lieutenant Volk.

The campaign will last for 18 months to collect archive, interview the Department of Defense, collaborate with the University of Wisconsin Missing-in-action Recovery and Identification Project and raise funds to expedite recovery of information to create a data driven Capstone piece for public affairs.

The current dilemma in Wisconsin stems from the lethargic allocation of funds by State Senate oversight committees.

In 2021, committee members allocated funds from the passage of Senate Bill 446 to the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs. As of July, the funds were not distributed.

The UW MIA Recovery and Identification Project will team up with Outpost 422 to stimulate the program by creating a prudent reserve. The program centrally focuses on locating Wisconsin POW MIA with a proven track record of recovering three servicemembers per annual funds.

Charles Konsitzke, Associate Director of the UW Biotechnology Center and UW MIA Recovery and Identification Project Team Lead, indicated his program funding was depleted to $11,000 as a result of delayed funds in an interview.

The funds allocated to the UW MIA Recovery and Identification Project total $360,000. The program is a statewide university recovery mission that sits idle until funds are distributed.

The Outpost 422 team of convergent campaign participants raises funds to stimulate state POW MIA programs that remain under funded.

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Royal Purple newspaper published ad seeks to raise $50,000 to launch project.

Grounding Strategies: Overcoming Trauma Impossibilities

Grounding helps bring the higher self and the anxious self into alignment. From a firsthand point-of-view, the concept took me over 20 years to come to understand. Mindfulness is a vital force of energy that guides the ideations of panic into a soothing mental state.

Many trauma informed veterans volunteer for case studies conducted by researchers and the Veterans Administration to provide smart phone apps like PTSD Coach and Mindfulness Coach with coping strategies for stress management. Once becoming acquainted, just exactly how does someone who undergoes case studies benefit from research? The answer? Psychographic data scanning through voluntary questionnaires and group therapy.

The Veterans Administration Center for PTSD Research surveys combat veterans to introduce fundamental grounding mechanisms when dealing with PTSD. The VA.gov website offers free information to the public for awareness and research. Mindfulness is on the rise and veterans are coming forward who share their experience.

VA.gov shared the Center for PTSD Research’s data claiming:

  • Regular mindfulness practice can lead to a greater present-centered awareness and nonjudgmental acceptance.
  • Awareness and acceptance of trauma-related thoughts and feelings may serve as an indirect mechanism of cognitive-affective exposure.
  • For instance, among trauma-exposed individuals evaluated at a single time point, greater levels of acting with awareness and accepting without judgment were associated with lower levels of posttraumatic stress symptoms.
  • Awareness of the present involves observing thoughts, feelings, and sensations by focusing one’s attention on the current moment.
  • While attending to the present, mindfulness also entails a stance of acceptance, or willingness to experience an array of thoughts and emotions without judgment.

The Veterans Administration offers programs like MOVE and “The Manage Stress Workbook” to help patients quell anxiety and depression. Mindfulness eating habits have a long-range positive track record and proven results-based case studies confirm being in the moment changes the outcome of suicide and addiction. Mindfulness is the game changer for grounding symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

If you are a veteran inquiring about the benefits of VA mindfulness programs, please fill out the contact form or leave a comment. Outpost 422 will help you cross the bridge of uncertainty to overcome the impossibility of stigma. Stay in the game. Bring your varsity mindset and let mindfulness do the work.

Capstone—The future of digital mental health treatment in the Veterans Administration private care industry

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Corporate and Health Communication Capstone Futurism Report

The current privatization cutting-edge technology created by corporations connects individual users in crisis through social media infographic campaigns promoting mindfulness and the benefits of mental health treatment.

  • Mindfulness is a new approach by the Veterans Administration who allocates grants to corporations to develop social media mental health inclusivity campaigns.
  • The VA seeks to work with corporations to merge mental health treatment through virtual services by offering mindfulness training via virtual telehealth connection.
  • The ethical issue stems around whether to allow corporations to use slot machine algorithms for research.

The future of the VA relies heavily on access to WIFI and smart devices to treat patients. The only problem with virtual delivery methods is the exposure to the algorithms, which risks elevating trauma triggers with VA patients.

The current method for mental health research facilitates case studies through survey blogs and infographics. Posting and publishing blogs and infographics through Facebook scrapes psychographic, geographic, and demographic survey data through algorithms for marketing research, which doubles as scientific research in the mental health industry.

Social media campaign outreach is the future of virtual treatment at the VA.

The Current State of Grant Funded Case Study Research as an Industry

The VA mental health research industry is a multibillion-dollar enterprise. Corporate philanthropies facilitate case studies through the Oracle Cloud service, which possesses the capability of collecting and transferring mass amounts of data.

Corporate citizens provide private care blog case studies and hyperlink portals to access mental health treatment for VA patients. The current mental health research industry with the Veterans Administration allows patients first choice treatment through Veteran’s Choice.

Corporations receive grants from the federal government who then turn the funding into social media marketing research.

The mental health treatment industry went to a virtual format during the pandemic allowing corporations the opportunity to maximize virtual users, which patients unknowingly were subjected to addictive algorithms when accessing app services for treatment.

  • VA patients who use mental health treatment apps become exposed to the data scraping algorithms thus putting them at risk.
  • The corporate social responsibility industry in conjunction with philanthropy research case studies run the risk of operating as a black hat operation when algorithms are used during treatment.
  • To avoid unethical practices, corporations use corporate social responsibility inclusivity statements provided to VA mental health patients for transparency.

The future of the VA with privatization through the Cares Act of 2020 will provide rewards to those using Oracle provided philanthropy social media inventory services, which is not necessarily bad or good.

The future of algorithm facilitated research runs the dangers of using a new methodology that could potentially trigger addiction from slot machine algorithms in Mindfulness and PTSD Coach apps.

The National Center for Suicide Research is located at the William S. Middleton Veterans Administration Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, who conducts philanthropy case studies through clinical interns from UW Health who are graduate students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Madison College hosts their Oracle servers.

Current Regulatory Obstacles

When a patient fills out an online Oracle survey, the patient runs the risk of potential harm through exposure to social media algorithms depending upon the platform selected.

As a push and pull integrated technology, the philanthropy can target erogenous zones of patients who are being treated for terminal brain injury, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, or blast wave trauma.

The trauma informed patient cannot possibly fathom the level of exposure to these algorithms unless they can receive a college education. After spending one year pursuing the Business Plan Certificate at Madison College to investigate privatization, the results came back 99.99 percent accurate that suspicions were not conspiracies, but facts, stats, and truth.

Corporate Social Responsibility research grants allow for employee assistance stimulus through the Cares Act of 2020 to solicit private care options. The Veterans Administration markets at-risk

veterans through social media infographics. The current regulatory obstacle noted by research efforts raises concerns over using veterans with PTSD as test subjects.

The ethical dilemma presented obstacles due to the deliberate programming of smart phone survey taking, which can trigger panic and depression due to negative side effects.  The future of accessing mental health resources narrows down end users to either using the PTSD Coach or Mindfulness Coach apps.

The Hurdles of Potential Risk with Algorithm Research

The hurdle the Outpost 422 corporate philanthropy service faces through the Sacred Warrior Search and Rescue Foundation is the access to aiding homeless veterans who refuse to access VA services in fear of denial of claims and being “on the grid.”

Veterans who served and were other than honorably discharged cannot access the VA who continue to face ongoing problems. Corporations who intern or hire temporary employees qualify for grant funding through corporate social responsibility.

The future of the VA and mental health care access will need to consider integrating those in poverty who cannot afford accessing patient portals with smart devices. The VA currently faces the ongoing battle of rural WIFI coverage to access patients.

  • What about the side effects of utilization with social media algorithms from apps that trigger PTSD?
  • How will the future of patients using corporate employee assistance and VA mental health treat their symptoms when virtual resources trigger their impairment?

According to Aschbrenner, Bondre, Naslund and Torous, “negative effects were an increased exposure to harm, social isolation, depressive symptoms, and bullying” the report from the Journal of Technology and Behavioral Science stated. Mental health research puts patients at the potential risk of prolonged exposure to harmful algorithms requiring extensive research to improve the mitigation of treating veterans through smart technology.

The Veterans Administration struggles to bring all veterans into the virtual age. Those who live in rural and minority communities continue to fall further behind due to the dilemma.

The Outpost 422 corporate social responsibility van campaign solves the dilemma by creating a mobile hot spot that conducts research at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a veteran equal access point.

Mobile hotspots and stationary secured servers qualify as legitimate VA communications resources for grants.

The General Opinions of Data Scraping Methods for Scientific Research

Pew Research offers general opinions of the general population who continue to receive virtual services. Experts weighed their opinion on “dataveillance,” which opens a whole new avenue to protecting patient privacy.

According to Corporate Communication and Marketing Professional Kevin Ryan from a Pew Research interview on dataveillance shared, “A secure, popularly accepted, and trusted privacy-rights infrastructure will not be possible.”

The generalized opinion raises red flags due to the Privacy Act of 1974 requiring the veteran to decide who shares their medical information. Privacy cannot accommodate the veteran’s needs through privatization.

  • The only way to solve the ethical dilemma would be to allow the veteran the option to join a corporate rewards program and receive a gainshare dividend to acknowledge the default of potential breech with private care data.
  • The veteran can elect to receive employee assistance rewards when using corporate services.
  • The financial opportunities outside of the research industry create revenue streams by selling data to marketing agencies through analytical reports.

According to Ryan, “Business will not tolerate an internet without analytics.” Max Eddy, Senior Security Analyst discusses the breakdown of the methodology of marketing and how companies make money off data. The following examples demonstrate how the use of smart phone apps breaks down research to marketing:

  • Corporations use personal data to target viewers with ads.
  • Once the profile data is scraped from the veteran using the app, the processed data then turns into a philanthropy awareness campaign, which draws views to corporate infographics, which are the same as ads when used on social media to solicit veterans to use app services.
  • The corporations core asset for revenue streams is the audience. Corporations also receive tax write offs as a side stream for providing inclusion campaigns.
  • A corporation who invests in philanthropy makes money through scouting with mission statements sharing the social, environmental, or development investment provided. Corporate philanthropies have the power to decide how grant funding for research is spent.

The Future Lifestyle of the Veterans Administration Virtual Patient

Pew Research provided several aspects from professionals who work behind the scenes in the research field. By having funds available through public grants, the corporation piles money through divestment.

Rather than spending their own money, the corporation receives a grant, who then turns the grant into an inclusivity campaign raking in cash once the case study completes.

By allowing corporations to tap the vein of VA research through the Cares Act of 2020, the patient sees only minimal benefit.

Professionals in the research industry shared their opinions from firsthand witness behind the scenes who shared their opinions found in “The innovations these experts predict by 2030,” Pew Research chronicle.

Anderson, Rainie, and Vogels interviewed professionals who shared:

Veterans will compete for resources while being left unprotected from privacy breaches completely ignoring the integrity of the Privacy Act of 1974 moving forward.

  • The Mindfulness Coach and PTSD Coach app consumer is not restricted to veterans. All who are trauma informed may download free services. Between philanthropy research investments with social media infographics and use of apps, data harvested by the end user will continue to line the pockets of corporate divestment firms who will reap all the rewards of treatment and inclusion campaign tax deductibility. We are living in a caste system designed to harvest human app information into data mining lucidity on behalf of corporations.
  • On the other hand, General Manager Mark Maben of Seton Hall University shares a positive view claiming, “Technology will make governments and corporations more responsible to the people, even if it is just the result of politicians and executives acting out of self-interest.”

Timeline to Roll Out VA Virtual Upgrades to All Patients

The Veterans Administration over the next decade will slowly integrate with corporate social responsibility by connecting with patients through VA.gov.

All benefits and medical data access will be stored in corporate servers who will host rural and homeless shelter hot spots that will take the volunteering of the patient to accomplish.

The likelihood of the VA fully upgrading patients is next to impossible no different than trying to convince all Americans to take COVID-19 vaccinations voluntarily.

The digital veteran will slowly increase with the steady decline of baby boomer patients retiring eternally to Post Everlasting. Mike Richman of VA Research Communications shared a blog on VA.gov outlining the future of mind-body treatment for PTSD.

Richman detailed, “Up to one-quarter of veterans seeking medical treatment from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan suffer from PTSD. More than 80 percent of specialized VA programs to treat PTSD offer some sort of mind-body therapy.”

Corporations can elect to use their employee assistance programs to offer mind-body inclusivity campaigns that endorse treating PTSD immediately. Although the risk of addiction may occur, the treatment is available through smart device app download. The two examples outline how grants become data in the VA research industry:

  • Aurora Health Care in the State of Wisconsin offers PTSD treatment through Veterans Choice opportunities.
  • Veterans can receive care through the Rand Corporation claiming veterans receive a high amount of private VA care.

Resources provided by private health care facilities continue to tackle the overwhelming backlog the Veterans Administrations faces. Dr. Eric Roush of Aurora Health Clinic, works as a psychology doctor to help veterans with PTSD.

Roush is a combat veteran who developed his treatment around his experience with civilian transition who continues to lead the way outside of the VA helping veterans.

The corporations are working to develop and implement research based on his firsthand combat intuition to supplement the need for mindfulness programs. Mindfulness apps help patients manage through grounding and coping in times of stress.

Summary

As a veteran who uses both PTSD and mindfulness resources, I can bet my Outpost 422 brand on the benefits of VA apps.

From the perspective of someone who went through Cognitive Processing Therapy at the William S. Middleton Veterans Administration Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, survived suicide on several occasions in the past prior to treatment with the Veterans Crisis Line, navigated panic attacks in the classroom with the PTSD Coach app, and stumbled into mindfulness through the Center for Entrepreneurship at Madison College, I see the benefits and commend corporations for helping me win my PTSD appeal by allowing me the freedom to investigate through employee assistance programs.

I have been at the jumping off point more than once. A penny invested, despite the side effects of algorithms and the corporate business model of privatization, is most certainly life saving and am creating a corporate social responsibility campaign to help the University of Wisconsin create placebos for corporations through the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

The black hat ethical issues will iron out if veterans like me keep investing in investigating the data trail and the security of the patient’s information through the Privacy Act of 1974. Inclusion saves lives. In the virtual age, times are desperate, and will take all the help I can get with a pinch of mindfulness sprinkled with gratitude.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1318 of Madison, Wisconsin Service Officer resignation to pursue corporate social responsibility philanthropy development

Dear members of Post 1318 of Madison, Wisconsin-

Thank you for appointing me to be your Service Officer over the course of the last two terms to help the Post transition through the pandemic.

I am notifying the Post I can no longer serve my duties. I will be pursuing the development of corporate social responsibility mindfulness blogger campaigns and cannot represent the VFW brand due to conflicts of interest with the Outpost 422 brand development.

The time spent working with all of you has helped me succeed in school. Your generous contributions to help our adopted 10th Mountain Division platoon in Afghanistan helped develop the fruits of becoming a mindfulness outreach center.

I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Respectfully Submitted,

Mindfulness Inclusion Campaigns

Bullying continues to speak adversity in public settings. This month’s report shares updates from progress being made to create a channel of inclusivity through recruitment at Outpost 422.

As a disabled student veteran, I see trouble brewing being a Journalism and Corporate and Health Communication double major as newly transferring students and veterans attend the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

The upcoming mindfulness inclusion campaigns integrate trauma informed students into honors students, student veterans on the verge of losing hard earned G.I. bill benefits into fearless scholars, and as a Phi Theta Kappa honors project, bringing hope into times of hopelessness.

Dilemma

The Sacred Warrior Search and Rescue Foundation seeks corporate investors to launch the first high school to university hardship rehabilitation program.

In order to address high school and college dropping out we must address adversity first. I have witnessed 14 faculty members from high school to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater use microaggressions, hostile learning environments, physical abuse, gaslighting, and gatekeeping to force children and veterans out of the academic system.

I will be leaving the Veterans of Foreign Wars to pursue building a bridge through Phi Theta Kappa to launch several corporate social responsibility conflict resolution campaigns through the Outpost 422 website as a corporate blogger.

The website is now a crisis conflict resolution center and will be turning into an inclusion and advocacy outreach call center through the use of the contact page located in the tool bar.

We are tackling impulsivity control with all who are trauma informed to promote mindfulness amongst coworkers, students, faculty, and administrators.

The time for change is now. We are launching our corporate lobby in 2023. Thank you for your support as I step back from my role as a Service Officer and step into the role of standing up to harassment and bullying.
