Wisconsin Hemp Farmers and Manufacturers Association Town Hall Meeting in Belleville, WI, August 12th, 2019

Call to Order: Phillip Scott, President of the Wisconsin Hemp Farmers and Manufacturers Association called the Belleville, WI Town Meeting to order at 1800 hours. The purpose of the meeting was to collaborate with farmers, manufacturers, and processors about current methods of solvency required by the Department of Agriculture, Transportation, and Consumer Protection for the current Wisconsin Hemp Pilot Program. After calling the meeting to order, Phillip addressed the audience regarding several new items that were added to the 2019 grown season in an effort to keep his cooperative solvent.

The Sacred Warrior Church of Native America Inc. Consumer Protection Processor Program:

We are a veteran watchdog internship program who is seeking veterans to record and document annual biomass yields. We will be developing our infrastructure for the 2019 year and will be ready to incorporate our internship next season once we pull records for WI DATCP in 2020 detailing the amount of biomass farmers and processors are recording. Our primary mission is to pursue grant funding to acquire land where biomass will be stored. We will employ veterans who are displaced or at-risk to guard our cooperative farms. Our primary purpose is to address the issue we faced in 2018 season when two Madison-area Cannabis activists stole over 100 crops from the Cottage Grove, WI farm that was being asked to pilot VA farms to end veteran suicide. We report directly to Maureen Breech as Consumer Protection solvency agents. Our credentials are listed below:

We are a UW Applied Research Program who will be the surveyors of Biomass Hemp pulp formulas to end veteran suicide. We are seeking to intern veterans on VA farms. All proceeds go to our 422nd Rescue and Recovery Brigade.

Wisconsin Hemp Farmers and Manufactures Association Products:

As a veteran who has survived untreated combat conditions, I was introduced to new methods of grounding therapy. Cannibidiol is an extract from Hemp that helps with grounding therapy during panic attacks. We are working with Phillip Scott to develop a farm therapy treatment program to recover biomass and turn it into a trust fund that will allow veterans access to a state VA program. The current dilemma is the federal VA claiming CBD as a schedule one and off limits to veterans. We are conducting trials in Illinois with WIHFMA products in 2020 to train our future interns how to treat their condition.

1000 MG Tincture available through Greenlife Performance LLC (WIHFMA grown products)

The Sacred Warrior Church of Native America Inc. will be sampling Greenlife Performance LLC products in exchange for survey. Phillip Scott addressed several critical factors regarding products on the market. “Full Spectrum CBD” refers to a white label product. Veterans with PTSD have been reporting 1000 mg Full Spectrum CBD has helped with panic attacks and depression. We welcome you to click the link below to explore products grown locally through the Wisconsin Hemp Farmers and Manufacturers farming operation. We are teaming up to raise funds to honor veterans who have lost the 22 fight on reservations by placing memorials from proceeds purchased through Greenlife Performance LLC. When you buy full spectrum CBD from Greenlife, a portion of the proceeds gets donated to the Sacred Warrior Church of Native America Inc. to assist our tribes with treatment.

Smokable Hemp was the featured talk of the Town Hall meeting. Farmers shared drying methods and offered discounts to all members of the Wisconsin Hemp Manufacturers Association. Veterans with PTSD often prefer smokable Hemp as it reacts to the system quicker from what our members claim. Our mission is to open doors to opportunities for veterans to sample and try when they are crashing from opiates before they make it to treatment. We offer a program that handles CBD on detox calls through our Stephen Ministry operation. Capitol Law Enforcement loves full spectrum applications as the incoherent veteran wakes up and checks into treatment voluntarily. Our Chaplain Bob Cobb goes out on calls with Capitol Police to round up veterans who are near-death. The Outpost 422 collection and extraction program has been operating on Friday nights who uses 1000 mg Greenlife Performance LLC products. The results are amazing. Less Narcan and more treatment are giving veterans a second chance.

Smokable Hemp was the featured item discussed at the WIHFMA Town Hall Meeting

Closing Statements:

Some key items Phillip Scott discussed amongst the assembly was about the trueness of Greenlife Performance LLC. The Greenlife white label products are what they say they are. Scott’s discussion featured ways of keeping the WI Hemp Pilot Program alive by being solvent. The primary focus of the meeting was to inform cooperative members involved in all aspects of the operation the importance of maintaining a solid reputation with the state. Phillip Scott wants all members of his cooperative who may process hot hemp report to WI DATCP right away your product may be hot.

Phillip Scott also emphasized the importance of keeping your hot Hemp on your location you have registered with the state. The state has been cooperative with growers who will allow for extra drying and curing to get numbers down. We look forward to a bright future for the Hemp farming industry and are keeping a close eye on rogues in the system who are operating above the law. As a cooperative, you can guarantee on thing—organization. Through organization, Homeland Security will strive to work with those who help regulate the industry.
