JEDVIDENCE Vetting Gateway

JEDVIDENCE™ research thesis: Journalism eDiscovery can use OpenAI-assisted provenance prompting to organize and critically examine documentary evidence before submission to a tribunal or court.

The critical distinction is that AI-assisted reporting is not automatically admissible evidence. Original records, authentication, relevance, applicable evidentiary rules, and tribunal procedures determine how the material may be used.

JEDVIDENCE™ — Super Intelligence Investigative Hacking

Proposed definition: A source-controlled education and reporting gateway for veterans, whistleblowers, students, workers, and public-interest researchers

A Human–AI investigative methodology that combines journalism, eDiscovery, provenance verification, and quadratic inspection to uncover documentary relationships, test competing explanations, and improve human judgment.

The five functions

  1. Human Intelligence: Lived experience generates the investigative question.
  2. Artificial Intelligence: AI organizes documents, reconstructs chronology, and identifies potential discrepancies.
  3. Quadratic Inspection: Four variables test the relationship between experience, documents, corroboration, and analytical inference.
  4. Investigative Hacking: Ethical examination identifies overlooked connections, procedural gaps, and competing explanations.
  5. Provenance Verification: Every material conclusion is traced to an identifiable source and its evidentiary limitations.

What JEDVIDENCE does

JEDVIDENCE helps a human organizer sort authorized records into a readable chronology: source, date, speaker, claim, supporting record, competing account, corroboration, contradiction, and unresolved gap.

It does not decide legal liability, diagnose a person, certify evidence, replace a lawyer, or issue a verdict. Human judgment remains responsible for every conclusion and every publication.

The workflow

  1. Preserve the original source. Keep the original email, document, image, audio, or video in its original account or storage location.
  2. Create a working copy. Export or download the specific item you want reviewed as an EML, PDF, image, transcript, or other stable file.
  3. Record the provenance. Note where it came from, when it was created or received, and what it can and cannot establish.
  4. Separate categories. Label firsthand account, document, allegation, response, verified fact, inference, and unresolved question distinctly.
  5. Review before release. A human editor corrects the analysis and decides whether anything belongs in a public story.

Accessing JEDVIDENCE

Outpost 422 provides public education, demonstrations, and reporting-method resources. The JEDVIDENCE educational demo is available at jedvidence-court-demo.bradburtuww.chatgpt.site.

Do not place unredacted legal, medical, employment, or third-party records in public comments or open web forms. Keep sensitive material private, preserve the original, and share only an authorized working copy for review.

The standard

Source first. Chronology before conclusions. Evidence before advocacy. Human review always.

JEDVIDENCE is an educational research and reporting method. It is not legal advice, a confidential legal service, a whistleblower-protection program, or a substitute for emergency services, counsel, or an official complaint process.
